A Sequin Dress + Leather Jacket for Take 5.
Can’t leave the leather jacket at home, even for a 20s-themed event.
When your good friend + fellow blogger is co-chairing a 20s-themed fundraising event (go Cait and team Take 5 !) for the Junior League of KC, you immediately begin hunting for something Gatsby-esque. If you’re me, it’s a blousy striped sequin dress (from Tularosa on serious sale right now ), silver sandals ( from NYE! ), and a diamante gold head chain– and then you throw your favorite leather jacket over the top . Adding a tough edge to an outfit is what I do , and honestly, this jacket is pretty much a security blanket at this point. A super dark + vampy lip helps set...
