Harbour Island really is a slice of Caribbean magic. It’s pretty much everything you want in a Caribbean island ; colourful clapboard houses, a slow pace of life, an amazing local spirit and of course, a pink (yes, it’s actually pink) sandy beach lined with small but perfectly formed houses and hotels. It reminded me a lot of Bequia in a way, the kind of place you go to once and instantly vow to save all your money until the end of time just to buy a house here.
