Happy Wednesday everyone! This is our last post from Saigon. We’re making our way to Northern Vietnam with stops in Sapa, Ninh Binh, and Hanoi. We’re also making a stop in Lao Cai for research. This is my second time meeting with the Pacific Links Foundation, an organization leading counter-trafficking efforts in Vietnam, but my first time going to the shelter. Their shelter is located right at the border of Vietnam and China in Lao Cai. As I gather more information and spend time at the safe house, I’ll make sure to update you.
