Pattern Mixing: Plaid and Tropical

When I bought these trousers on the weekend, I was drawn to them because of the turquoise element in the plaid. Doing the usual thing of picking out one or two colours from a pattern and matching them to create and outfit - that's what I envisioned I would do.
