Blue Off the Shoulder dress

This dress is MY FAVORITE. Not only is it in the perfect shade of blue but the bows. THE BOWS! I ordered this dress earlier this summer to wear to my baby sisters rehearsal dinner. The dress originally was a bit longer but to be honest, it was hitting me in a not so flattering spot on my calf (if you know, you know), so I had it shorted a bit.
