A Few Of My Favorite Plaids
If gingham is the print of summer, then plaid reigns supreme in autumn and winter. At least in my wardrobe. While oftentimes it's rendered cozy in flannels for colder weather, I also love an elegant plaid dress made for parties like this one. It's a perfect retro cut with nipped in waist, full skirt, and the best detail of all--pockets! Sleeves might make it a bit more appropriate for the current temperatures, but I'm not one to quibble over little details like that...although I am fully bundled up now since I'm suffering from the typical winter cold!
