Sparkle and Shine, Holiday Outfits That You’ll Love

From NYC to LA, a little sparkle and shine this holiday season! Some sparkle is almost mandatory for this time of the year.  I love a dash of shine, but am not an over-the-top sparkle and shine type of girl.  A little goes a long way, so I tend to stick with a statement piece and pair other items around it.  These two outfits have subtle shine, and the best part, all of the items are under $100!
