I took a much needed week off from posting on here. I wanted to give myself time to gather my thoughts but in a way free myself from any sort of construction or schedule. I melted into my home space. I slept in every morning but stayed up late browsing inspiration. I cooked dinner every single night. I made pilates part of my daily routine. I didn’t even indulge in any alcohol (well except for Saturday night out) because I wanted my body to feel 100% again. I watched Netflix without feeling bad about it. But I also dived into pages of my book that I left aside for far too long.
