Beginning Boutique neon skirt and lace top---Korean Clothing Fashion bag - Steve Madden pumps----Furor Moda round sunglasses You have no idea how neon this skirt is- when you see it in person, it looks like its glowing and it makes any other neon piece I have look like its pastel. To make the skirt even pop more, I paired it with a cropped top with a lace detail on the neck (btw, both pieces are on sale on Beginning Boutique). I feel like neon pieces can look....tacky ...if you don't wear them correctly- reason why I tried to make this look as glam as possible.
