Running to the Glitter Ball (Party Style)
On Saturday morning I dropped the children off with their Dad for his contact weekend and hot footed it to the local park to meet Ben, Mike, Aaron, Sarad and Joe for a recce run for one of Ben's marathons. This month he is running 10 back to back marathons and Saturday's route was the recce run for marathon number 3. We couldn't do all of it as we were going to see Reading play Preston North End in the afternoon but 15 miles later, we were both very very hot and very pleased to be home. Reading won but more importantly (to me), Leeds beat Millwall at Elland Road so it was a very happy afternoon 💛💙 We got home, had dinner, showered, changed and then walked down...
