Self-care is so big at the moment. It seems like we all seem to be realising that spending all of your time on the internet or just being super busy all the time isn’t healthy for your physical or mental health. There are so many articles being written right now to guide people to recharge their battery by putting on facemasks and subscribing to pamper beauty boxes.
