So if you haven’t already noticed I have been loving all things rainbow and stripes and polka dots lately. Just fun prints and bold color all spring and summer long. Also really into the ease of pretty dresses with flounce. So it was a no brainer when I saw this Polka Dot Self Belted Surplice Wrap Asymmetrical Ruffle Dress on the SHEIN site. I was like wha I have to have that! When I received it I was not disappointed.
