 HOW I RELIEVE STRESSI think I have made it no secret that I have been feeling stressed. I felt extra complain-y on Instagram and even stopped posting blog posts somewhere along last week. I feel like I finally have a bit more control of my situation and feel slightly less stressed than before. The stress of finalising my dissertation the second time around is really getting to me and I find that I spend more of my time throughout the day worrying and falling asleep feeling anxious. Feeling stressed is something I really hope I am not alone in how it makes me feel. It makes me second guess everything and anything, my anxiety shoots through the roof and I tend to worry myself...
