Neon and Copper Rejigged

I had one of those wardrobe gaffes this morning when I went to put on the outfit I'd planned. Oops, this "top" is actually as long as a dress - it did not work with this skirt! I had already intended on wear these shoes, plus a matching long cardigan, but time was too short to fuss about with finding a top that would work with the skirt so I abandoned the cardigan for today. I had to rejig things in a hurry!
