Full of Fever (Workwear)
It was always going to happen - the weeks before and after the Jurassic Ultra everyone in the office was ill with a cold. I went from running 31 really hilly miles one weekend (and freezing my unmentionables off in a caravan for two nights) to running our hilly home half marathon the following weekend, whilst feeling rather ropey in between. At 9am on Sunday morning I decided not to run, at 11am off I set to run my 8th Basingstoke Half Marathon. Just under two hours later we finished, my quads were complaining and my nose was streaming.
