I you want a skirt that's a little bit extra and that will turn heads, then this tiered gradient tulle skirt is for you! In fact, wearing it made me feel just like Carrie Bradshaw in the opening credits of Sex in the City ! I wore the skirt out to dinner a couple weeks ago and it was a huge hit, gathering compliments wherever I went! One place that we visited before dinner was the LACMA's "Urban Lights" sculpture, which is essentially just a lot of street lamps grouped together to make a visually arresting outdoor sculpture or installation. You've no doubt seen it on other blogs or Instagram accounts because it's probably one of the most famous photo locations...
