Autumn
I had a different outfit planned for this week’s SIA, inspired by Edouard Manet’s “ Autumn (Study of Mery Laurent) “. Unfortunately, I’d spent the entire last week laid up in bed with the flu (I still haven’t fully recovered yet), so I had to make do with an outfit from the week before last instead. It doesn’t have the dark, rich brown or the floral touches of the inspiration painting, but at least it has the blue and the brown, and under these circumstances, it’s the best I can do.
