Cold Hands
When I used to play piano competitively (that’s a thing), performances made me incredibly nervous. My mind would blank, I’d become distracted by the reflection of my hand, and all the blood would leave my fingers. It was this last obstacle that I could never conquer; cold fingers are not nimble fingers.
I still often suffer from cold hands (even when I’m not nervous), so I love fingerless gloves for warmth without losing all my dexterity.
