hummingbird skirt
I have a thing for bird and animal prints.
And since Hummingbirds are my favorite bird.....
(is that normal to have a favorite bird anyways?)
I was delighted to find this skirt on sale.
I love how that little creature can flaps it's wing like theres no tomorrow.
Apparently they flap their wings 50-200 flaps per second.
Now that's a lot of flapping!!
Oh and their the only bird that can fly backwards.
Wow!
My son is obsessed with a show called Wild Kratts
(It's an animation that teach kids about biology, zoology and ecology)
It's pretty amazing how much they learn about animals and nature.
And thanks to my son I'm learning a lot with...
