Hello Lovelies! I hope all is well. It seems as though I cannot stay away from polka dots, I’m currently obsessed and loving any and all things polka dots. This navy polka dot dress is definitely no exception. What caught my attention with this dress besides the classic navy and white color are the pleats in the skirt.
