I don’t know about you, but exercise and sunshine walks are my salvation right now. Lately, with some of my chronic pain issues giving me pause, and a new hypothesis and treatment making me hopeful and nervous at the same time (what if the cure is worse than the disease?), I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed.
