what i made: custom blue gown
It's the dress! I finished it! Technically it's separates. I modified Orange Lingerie's Esplanade pattern and used Judy Gao's skirt tutorial to make it. No notes to share quite yet on modifying the pattern because there are changes I'd like to make, but you can read OL's post here on how to do so. It's not terrible but it's also not great, I think I could correct the fit on it a bit. The biggest change is using a non stretch fabric for the back band, making the top a corset instead.
