Inspired by Evie

Do you remember by "stylish movies" post on The Mummy (1999 version of course!) I wrote last year? I consider Evie a big style influence, but you might not always be able to tell from my outfits! She wore a lot of white and khaki throughout the film and a number of menswear inspired pieces; she's the only woman in a world dominated by men, so it makes sense that she tries to establish her authority and show that she belongs on the expedition through her fashion choices. As I put this outfit together I instantly got Evie vibes, perhaps a bit of O'Connell as well with my suspenders, but the inspiration was all Evie.
