Back in Style
It's been a tough year for the whole world, and I've held out and held up fairly well. It's only been the last couple of months that I've felt like all the turmoil was really starting to get to me. I had to step back for a moment or two, or a week or two and really look at what was going on internally. Then I had to make some changes to get myself back on track. I was worn down and getting really depressed and that depression made me fearful that it was only the beginning of a dangerous spiral.
