Goal Setting-2021- New Year Resolutions
Hi Guys, How are you doing! A very happy 2021. It's a brand new year which means its the perfect time to set your goals and make new year resolutions and get the ball rolling for the rest of the year. So here is my list of things that I want to accomplish in 2021. 1) In 2021 my biggest goal is to feel strong both physically and mentally. I want to start doing some weights or work with my own body weight to train myself and be a strong person so avoid any future aches and pains. 2) Another thing I wan to work on this year is my patience.
