Crisp Green (WFH)
We participated in an online wine tasting at the weekend; there were six couples, one wine expert, six wines to try plus matched cheeses. It was good fun and confirmed that my goats cheese with chunks of baguette and crisp sauvignon blanc on the terrace at French House in the sunshine tactic is a good one! It's amazing how the right cheese can completely change the taste of a wine. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and something a bit different after working from home for an entire year (!)
