I recently jumped in the car and drove the short 3.5 hours from Sydney to Mudgee recently – a little surprise trip for Will’s birthday and a chance to disconnect from city life.
I have done that drive so many times as I lived in the central west for 7 years as a child, but the country charm still gets me every single time.
