Party Skirt
The colorful dot print and the layered tiers of this skirt from Milly just screams "Party!", in my opinion! Milly is a new brand for me and, to be honest, I don't know how I came across this particular skirt. (It might have been an ad on Facebook, which seems to know my shopping habits and tastes a little too well, if you know what I mean!) Still, I fell in love with it immediately!
