THE DRESS
Since I first showed this dress , I have been waiting for it to be included in a sale (I think everyone is, aha). I feel like this is the week that it will be on sale! If you read my Tartan round-up post yesterday, you know that I look forward to new plaid styles every season. When this dress dropped , I could not resist it. Smocking has been so in, and I feel like it is sticking around for awhile, that I was so excited to see this black watch smocked dress with a puffed sleeve!
