A little white dress with tiny bands of gold
Every time a new Closet Core’s Cielo pops up on my feed, I tell myself, “Wow, I can’t believe this is Cielo; it looks so different!” With its effortless boxy silhouette, it’s been made in all sorts of fabrics and hacked in so many ways… I’m amazed how versatile this pattern is.
So I decided to sew my first one. I got the Cielo Fabric Kit from Core Fabrics which includes the pattern, two yards of double gauze interwoven with tiny metallic threads, matching Gutermann thread and a piece of lightweight fusible interfacing for the neckline facing.
