First picnic as 3-human family
I am very excited! This is an actual outfit I wore outside. Postpartum hits me hard with my own impatience and lack of movement. My body needs time to heal but it also screams of lack of movement and activity inflicted. It's also hard mentally. My mind feels great while my body feels good but I have to be very patient and limit myself not inflict any damage. For example, this weekend we went on a picnic date together. First time as a family of 3 humans! I am overjoyed. It's funny how much simply wearing a cute dress, a necklace and putting on some makeup can change make an impact.
