Each spring, I am blessed with the memories of having my first child, of driving to the hospital just after dawn on a stormy spring morning, seeing jonquils blooming by the roadside and newborn lambs testing out their wobbly legs. Spring isn't just the beginning of new life, it marks the beginning of a new life that I one started.
