Workwear after the SDW
Good morning all and a happy Monday to you, hope the weekend was kind and full of sunshine! The children had a fun weekend down in Poole booked so on Friday night Joe and I packed a kit bag, set the alarm for 5:30am and got an early night in preparation for running 21.5 miles across the South Downs Way. We left at 6am to drive down to Brighton to reccie the SDW 100 mile relay legs that I ran in 2017. Most of it was fresh in my mind as if I'd run it the week before but there were a couple of turns that I had forgotten about.
