Ch-ch-changes
Since I started my thyroid meds, my morning routine has had to change.
I’m not supposed to have anything other than water for an hour. So no more getting up and starting my day with a decaf latte or chicory root latte. Now, I wake up, take my meds, and head out with the dog for a walk. Then it’s back home for a run or a weights workout, shower, dress, and THEN latte and breakfast. It’s been an adjustment. But one thing to come out of it is that Andrew and I have been heading out to play tennis first thing in the morning. It’s beautiful to see the sunrise and the mist over the fields as we walk onto the court.
