Conjunction

Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Romare Bearden’s “ Conjunction “. This one took me some thinking, because it’s so colorful and full of patterns, and I had no idea what to wear. Then, luckily, we had a cold snap – the first cold snap of the year! – so I decided to lean into the orange and green color scheme, and added some patterns with my sweater vest. With my white blouse, it does look a bit like I was dressed as the flag of Ireland, but that’s OK. Don’t forget to check Shelbee’s blog on Wednesday to see other outfits inspired by this print!
