Cold Immersion
Let’s talk about the whole cold immersion therapy thing.
There has been a lot of anecdotal evidence, and a ton of scientific evidence to back it up too. But here’s the thing – I can’t do it. More specifically, I won’t do it. Even more specifically, I won’t do it from November to April. I live in Canada, am rather petite, reside in an old house, and have a natural heat tolerant and loving disposition. All of this means that from the start of November to about Mid-late April I am cold 23 hours and 50 minutes of the day.
