Deep Freeze
This week has flown by and I am more than ready for a relaxed weekend! Currently reading: The Lost Bookshop by Evie Woods after finishing Daphne du Maurier's Frenchman's Creek at football training on Thursday. TLB is a very quick read so that'll probably be finished by Sunday and I'll be scrolling around my kindle picking what's next. Mileage count: zero 😖 My IT band has given up after the hilly South Downs run we did almost two weeks ago and I've not been able to walk without pain since, let alone run a single step.
