Lent End
You may or may not have noticed that new outfit posts have been pretty sparse for the past six weeks. That is because I participated in Lent this year and gave up shopping/spending for 40 days. If you ever want to know how much control something has over your life, just give it up for a while and you'll quickly learn. To be fair, I have known for quite some time that I shop too much, but I have really been working on it for the past 16 months and can tell that I am making progress. I never would have made it on a no-buy for 40 days last year, so the fact that I completed this challenge gives me a lot of hope moving forward. Have I shopped since Lent ended?...
