Summer Snowflakes
This dress is a hand-me-down from my sister, and not only was it the perfect summer dress (pockets!), but it was also the perfect background for this super cute crocheted brooch I bought from Nara. I saw a bunch of them on display in the restaurant where we had lunch, and after some debate, I decided to get this because it’s the prettiest and most unique (there was a sakura one and a strawberry one, from what I remember), and later, when we saw similar flowers at the house of Naoya Shiga, it felt like fate. It’s the perfect souvenir for my Japan trip!
