Morning everyone Hows your Bank Holiday Weekend going? We actually went out on Saturday night. We had dinner with friends in a new local restaurant and had a wonderful time and a fantastic meal! There was a 40th birthday party at the next table which turned out to be someone I knew. We joined in some of the celebrations and I even got to have a little boogie! Copious amounts of fizz was consumed and the next morning was relatively slow. I soon brightened up after helping my daughter clean the AirBnb and after shopping for roast beef ingredients prepared, with chef David, a delicious dinner complete with Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes.
