Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Giuseppe Arcimboldo’s “Autumn”, from his Four Seasons series. I know I won’t be able to go as literal as I’d like with this, so I simply brought out all of my most autumnal pieces and piled them on top of each other. As for my brooch (you didn’t think I wasn’t going to wear a brooch with this, did you?), I debated wearing my grape bunch one because the figure has some grapes on his head, but in the end, I went with this more subtle one. It kind of blends in with the pattern on my waistcoat as a nod to how all the elements in the painting all blend in...
