The Turning Road

Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Andre Derain’s Fauvist masterpiece, “ The Turning Road “. The colorful palette requires some thinking – I knew I’d wear these burnt-orange trousers, as they are the brightest of my cold-weather trousers, but for the top, I have no idea. I thought about wearing my colorful blazer, but it was still a bit too warm for that. So in the end, I went with this waistcoat, which is relatively colorful too, especially when paired with the orange trousers.
