Silhouetted Salute

Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Matt Beyrer ‘s “Triumphant Salute”. This was a tough one, because I have almost nothing in that color, and the only thing I can pull from the painting is the stripes. In the end, I went with this purple striped shirt because it’s the closest I have in terms of colors, and paired it with my cut-out navy skirt and strappy heels for the “silhouette” parts of the painting.
