FATHER’S DAY GIFT IDEAS Hi, everyone! I hope you have had a good week! Mine has been a whirlwind! I had my daughter, her husband, and the two little girls in this week for a few days, hosted a baby shower, and had an injection in my spine (around my L5). My MRI results were that my glute has small tears, but I also have a protruding disc that may be pushing on a nerve, causing the pain in my butt cheek and hip. I got the injection on Thursday (with the “Michael Jackson” cocktail!) and was told to lie low for about ten days. It could take that long to feel the results if it works. If it does work, then we will know that it is probably my back...
