Week in Review #65: Eat the Frog

Team NB in Carmel earlier this month! I’ve been tinkering a bit with my routine lately as I’ve eased myself out of summer and into the more scheduled days of the school year. The mornings are darker than they used to be, and I have less flexibility in my day to day than I did last month, which means if I want to do anything for certain, I need to plan the time to do it. I decided to sit down and map out the things I wanted each day to include — not overly detailed, but I did include key things like taking a walk outside, dropping off & picking up my kids from school, strength training, eating dinner together...
