I've really been trying to maintain a healthy diet while pregnant. Sure, I'll give into my cravings from time time (the giant chocolate chip cookies from Le Pain Quotidien are incredible in case you were wondering), but one of my biggest challenges is finding healthy, satisfying snacks that I can eat throughout the day. Whether they're made with spinach or kale, I've always been a huge fan of green smoothies.
