Morning all. How are you? Hopefully better than me! Last Saturday evening I went out with my husbands and son and had a delicious Japanese dinner. First time for me and it was amazing. We had a couple of drinks before heading to the taxi rank. I unfortunately twisted my foot when the heel of my shoe went down a hole in the cobblestones. I didn’t fall over but the next day I couldn’t walk properly and was hobbling about. I’ve rested it with ice packs on at various stages along with an ibuprofen cream and am seeing how it goes.
