Hello, and welcome to the second part of my September travelogue. For those of you who are new here, we've been spending a week in September in a cottage on the outskirts of Poperinge since our first visit back in 2012, when we fell in love with this picturesque part of Belgium, sandwiched between the French border and the North Sea coast.
