Water Colors.
Water Color Skirt: Thrifted.Teal Tunic, Black Oxfords: Forever21.Purple Scarf: Target.Grey Knee Socks: Delia's.Hello everyone!This skirt I'm wearing reminds me oh so much of water colors...Although I like this skirt quite a bit I hardly ever wear it because it's about 8 sizes too big! I thrifted it for seven cents and decided I would find a way to work around it being too big.
