DIY Halloween Costume: Dorothy from Wizard of Oz!
Here is another easy peasy DIY Halloween costume that can be whiped up at the last minute: Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz! I love how simple it looks, and yet very cute and girlie ;) Clothing:You will definitely need a gingham dress for this outfit. The one I am wearing is from Shabbyapple.com (Still available here!). You will also need a pair of white socks, a basket, and a pair of red shoes. I know that Dorothy's shoes are shiny (technically you could glue lots of red glitter to a pair of your shoes), but I think plain red shoes still deliver the message just fine ;) Hair and Makeup:I would recommend going for some fresh makeup with this look (red lipstick...
